To understand the space that Thompson Motor Group wanted to fitout and their needs, the All Storage Systems team conducted a site visit of their new storage space. The team were able to visualise and measure the space so they could design a storage solution that would allow them to maximise their storage in the new space. After conducting the site visit, the All Storage Systems team designed a storage solution that would best suit Thompson Motor Group’s needs and would allow them to maximise their available storage space. The design the All Storage Systems team created included a secondhand rack supported mezzanine floor, which would help them maximise their storage space by utilising some of their vertical space that otherwise would have gone unused. The mezzanine floor also included Schafer Regal 3000 secondhand shelving, which is perfect for storing all their small parts, while the ground level storage included new and secondhand pallet racking, which is perfect for storing all their larger and heavier items. The design also included Medium Duty Workbenches to provide their workers with a sturdy work surface. The team then submitted the design to the customer for approval and once the customer approved the design, the team were able to start construction.
